00:37especially since sports and the world of sports are close to his heart.

00:42I encourage all Filipinos to rally behind our athletes as they pursue and compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

00:54We are sprinting towards making history, bringing honor to our country, and inspiring as a whole.

01:01Fifteen Filipinos will compete in July.

01:05Among the Filipino athletes who qualified for the Paris Olympics are

01:09Napol Volter E.J. Obiena, gymnast Carlos Yulo, rower Giovanni Delgaco, and fencer Samantha Catantan.

01:17Our athletes will continue with their pre-Olympics training facilities in Metz, France,

01:23where they will continue their training and preparation for the Paris Olympics.

01:29This is so that the athletes can adjust before the actual competition.

01:34You know the climate, you know the food, you don't have jet lag, etc.

01:40The athletes are prepared.

01:44The Paris Olympics will start on July 26 until August 11.
