In the latest pre-election UK leaders’ debate, PM Rishi Sunak faced some tough questions after his campaign chief was accused of placing bets on the election date - while Labour’s Keir Starmer promised to curb migration, but cited a skills shortage as a concern.

00:50to ensure that we have the skills in this country
00:52to ensure that the workforce is available here
00:55for the jobs that we need doing.
