Great performance can be a good thing, but when our health, home, and relationships are leveraged for performance and productivity, the outcome can be disastrous.

The Lord provided us REST, a key ingredient to life on planet Earth. God rested from His works, and so should we. Let's look at rest and our choices to enter into it!
