00:00from Jonathan Givoni of ESPN yesterday that the Hawks appeared to be honing in
00:09on Zachary Reza Shea or Donovan Klingin as their preferred options atop their
00:16board which would mean Alex Saar who was the projected number one overall pick
00:21and often throughout this draft process the odds-on favorite is starting to
00:26slide and maybe slip to number two overall for the Washington Wizards.
00:32J.Y. what do you think has led to the change either in Atlanta's thinking to
00:37favor Reza Shea over Saar or why Saar has started to slide?
00:41Well number one I thought Reza Shea should have been the number one pick and
00:44I've been telling people for weeks I just think it lines up. The first
00:48domino that I thought was interesting is when they were talking about maybe
00:51DeAndre Hunter being moved and I just thought that Reza Shea was just a
00:56perfect person to slide into that. So now you start looking at maybe it's
01:00Klingin. So what does that mean? That means Klingin Capella could be on the move
01:05and I think you need to be very careful with Reza Shea because I'm gonna say
01:08this right now. I know there's value for him going three. If Klingin goes one I
01:14don't think Washington passes up Reza Shea at two because there's always talk
01:19about he was never gonna slide past two. So that means Saar who a couple of weeks
01:24ago was a like a minus 300 favorite to go first may be looking to go three at
01:30that point unless the slide continues which could be interesting for him at
01:36three going to a place like Houston because then you can play with him and
01:40Shangun but then what happens with Jabari Smith? Ben, I think this is gonna
01:44be the beginning of a crazy week. A lot of moving parts and trades may happen
01:50before the draft to start lining up boards. So to me the talk of the hawks
01:56has squirrelly to do that. I think either Hunter and or Klingin Capella are getting
02:02moved and those two guys can move into those slots especially with Klingin
02:07with the fact that Atlanta's very poor defensively at the rim even though they
02:10have Klingin Capella and the fact with Jalen Johnson and DeAndre Hunter one of
02:14them's gonna get moved. You move Hunter because he makes more money. Johnson
02:18younger less money on his contract.
