01:10Americans remember that under Donald Trump, we were safe.

01:13And under Joe Biden, we are not.

01:19Americans remember that under Donald Trump, we were respected.

01:23We were respected in the world.

01:25People forget this.

01:26We have to remind them of this.

01:27When Donald Trump was president, Kim Jong-un in North Korea stopped firing missiles.

01:36When he was president, when Donald Trump was president, Iran was broke.

01:45And when Donald Trump was president, Putin wasn't invading anybody.

01:50But now we have Joe Biden.

01:53And with Joe Biden, Joe Biden got America humiliated by the Taliban in Afghanistan.

02:01Putin started a war in Ukraine.

02:04Hamas killed 1,200 Israelis in a horrible terrorist attack.

02:09And right now, as I speak to you, there is a nuclear sub from Russia 90 miles off the

02:14coast of Florida in Havana.

02:16That never would have happened if Donald Trump was president.

02:23So they know.

02:24They know.

02:25They know this.

02:26So the Democrats realize this.

02:28They realize we can't win on the record.

02:30So what do we need to do?

02:31And they're not going to win on the candidate either.

02:35They have a mentally incompetent man as their candidate and as our president, unfortunately.

02:40And I don't say that with joy.

02:41I say that with the observation we all have and our enemies see it too.

02:46It is humiliating for our country to have a president that goes overseas and has to

02:51be taken by the hand and guided around by foreign leaders.

02:54It's a humiliation to the country.

02:57And it's a danger to the country.

02:59Because you know who else is seeing that?

03:00They're seeing it in Beijing.

03:02They're seeing it in some cave in Pakistan or Syria or Iraq, wherever ISIS is hiding.

03:08They're seeing it in Tehran.

03:11So they can't beat him on the issues.

03:12They can't beat him with a candidate.

03:14And so what they do is they wage all-out war on his followers and on the man.

03:21And there's nothing they won't do.

03:24They will put people in jail over it.

03:27They will persecute people.

03:28They will get the media to cooperate in covering up the Biden family corruption.

03:34That's what that laptop was about.

03:36It's not about embarrassing pictures.

03:37It's that it proved that the Biden family was making money from deals with foreign entities.

03:43And that was cut from the American voter.

03:51And they used the courts as a political weapon.

03:55Multiple indictments, lawsuits and civil actions designed to bankrupt Donald Trump, designed

04:02to silence Donald Trump, designed to jail Donald Trump and keep him from campaigning.

04:08And still he leaves because the American people see it for what it is.

04:13They see it for what it is.

04:15These people will stop at nothing.

04:17There is no line they won't cross, no rule they won't break, no norm they won't ignore,

04:23and no law they won't violate in order to stay in power.

04:29That's what we face and that's what he's facing.
