So we’ve scoured the internet, trying to figure out how we can make the best gluten-free flour blend that makes the least grainy foods. This gluten-free flour recipe does it!

After some time of using this flour blend, it’s apparent that this works best as a gluten-free substitute for regular cake flour. We’ve used it for several baked goods that turned out fantastic! With no grain, actually! So here we are going to be sharing this recipe with you. We hope you explore a lot of baking adventures with this gluten-free flour blend.



PREP TIME: 5 mins

Ingredients:

14 grams xanthan gum
85 grams tapioca starch
170 grams potato starch
425 grams brown rice flour
340 grams white rice flour
