00:00The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission is now investigating the documents they spread from the Pogo Hub in Bamban, Tarlac.
00:07Some of the electric bills included the names of suspended Mayor Alice Guo.
00:13We have a report from Jonathan Andan.
00:16I am a Filipino. I grew up on a farm.
00:19Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo has repeatedly accused the Filipino of being a Filipino.
00:24There are still doubts as to who she really is.
00:26This is the latest accusation.
00:28She is also Guo Huaping.
00:30In the documents received by Senators Wing and Chalian from the Bureau of Immigration and the Board of Investments,
00:35this is for the application of Guo's family for a Special Investor's Resident Visa or SIRV
00:41which is given to people who want to move and live in the Philippines.
00:45Guo Huaping arrived in the Philippines on January 12, 2003 at the age of 13.
00:52The registered mother is Lin Wenyi or Wenyi Lin.
00:57In the data, Wenyi Lin is the mother and the dependent daughter is Guo Huaping.
01:03The address of Wenyi Lin is the same address in Valenzuela.
01:08Mayor Guo first said that Wenyi Lin is the partner of her father.
01:13But her biological mother is their Filipino relative, Amelia Leal.
01:19According to the Bureau of Immigration, the documents issued by the Senator are true.
01:23Their last record in 2011 is with Guo Huaping.
01:27His SIRV was canceled.
01:29The BIA is studying several travel records and documents about Mayor Guo.
01:34But it's too early to say that Guo Huaping and Mayor Guo are one.
01:40What we are looking at is not only the name but also the other details,
01:44the auto and all the other documents that are in the records of BIA
01:49as well as what we are looking at from the Board of Investments.
01:53Under the leadership of ZUN U1 Technology, Pogo's operator in Bamban that was invaded last April,
01:58there are several documents that are being investigated by the PAOC or Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.
02:03Like the bills on electricity from July to November 2023,
02:07which are named after Mayor Guo,
02:09and the Statement of Account of February, which is also named after Mayora.
02:13We tried to sign the electric bills on Tarelco 2, but they have no answer.
02:18Even the proposal of salary for housekeeping staff from a manpower agency,
02:23which has a petition on June 20, 2022,
02:25which is also addressed to Guo and Baufu Land and Development Inc.
02:29We contacted the ZUN Trading and Manpower Services for this, but they are not responding yet.
02:35Mayor Guo first said that before he ran as mayor in the election of 2022,
02:39he divested or sold his shares in Baufu Land,
02:43the company that owns the land where Bamban Pogo grew up.
02:47This is the reason why he said that he divested even before he won as mayor of Bamban, Tarlac.
02:56Once you are the one who pays, you are involved in the finances,
03:02in the management of the company's money.
03:04This is a big evidence in one of our cases.
03:09The documents held by PAOC were not yet seen by Guo's camp,
03:13but they were found in the documents shown by Senator Gatchalian.
03:17The Filipino citizen, she is a holder of a Philippine passport,
03:20and he is a registrant with a birth certificate.
03:26They are ready to respond to the accusations against the mayor
03:28and to the complaint filed by DILG to Ombudsman.
03:32The mayor will be invited again to the Senate hearing next week,
03:36which is still held in Bamban, Pogo.
03:39The DILG issued a memorandum,
03:41reminding LGUs that they have the power to inspect businesses
03:46after the mayor of Porak, Pampanga said last May
03:49that they were not allowed to enter Lucky South 99 for inspection,
03:53that's why they left.
03:54Pogo is an illegal facility.
03:57Look, even to the barangay level, if you need to, you can do it one by one.
04:03I also wrote to the chief PNP to assist the LGUs here.
04:10According to the DILG, based on the data of PAGCOR,
04:13there are only 43 licensed Pogos in the country.
04:16All are in Metro Manila, except for one in Kawit, Cavite.
04:19According to the Labor Department,
04:21they are ready to assist the 20,000 Filipinos in closing Pogos.
