00:00Dead on arrival at the hospital, a child was brought to the hospital by a van in Tondo, Manila.

00:09This is the latest incident in the first news of Jomer Apresto.

00:17He was brought to the side of Solis Street in Tondo, Manila yesterday morning.

00:21A child was standing in the corner.

00:25Later, he suddenly passed out when a van arrived.

00:30He was in a state of shock until he was completely paralyzed.

00:34He was brought to the hospital by a three-year-old pregnant victim.

00:37Now, he is no longer alive.

00:41I was at home, watching my child.

00:43I knew that he was with his mother, so I bought rice to cook for us.

00:49The victim's father was at work when the incident happened and was shocked by the sight of his child.
