A Taylor Swift super fan missed a third of the concert after a Ticketmaster system error left her queueing outside for an hour.

Jessica Lander, 33, was lucky enough to secure last minute tickets for the Eras Tour concert in Liverpool on June 14.

However, her tickets weren't scanning when she arrived.

Jessica, a social media manager from Chorley, said: "As soon as we got to the queue, we were being told that our tickets had already been scanned in.

"They were basically telling us the seats we had booked already had other people in them."

00:00We're just outside of the stadium and we're not being let in because Tiki Master have sold double tickets.
00:07Anyone else with the same problem?
00:10Not good Tiki Master. Not good Tiki Master.
00:13Currently what's on now?
00:18Lover.
00:21Either way, we've missed the first few songs and there's a lot of people ahead of us in the queue who've got the same issue
00:27who are crying right now.
00:29Yeah, this is not good.
00:33Yeah, what a joke.
00:35Why did you buy resale or third party?
00:37We didn't. The tickets were genuinely bought from Tiki Master on the Tiki Master website
00:44using the code that was sent via email to be able to get Eras Tour tickets.
00:50So these were genuine Tiki Master tickets, not resale, not third party
00:56and everybody in that queue that we arrived at that were in the same boat as us
01:00about 70 people, maybe more, maybe less, I don't know
01:04but they all too had Tiki Master genuine tickets.
01:09Not one of them was a third party dodgy ticket sale by the way.
01:14So yeah, just to kind of clear that up, these were all Tiki Master tickets.
01:20This is a Tiki Master issue here.
01:22So we got there with our tickets as advised by Tiki Master
01:26which the tickets were bought through by the way, not resale, not third party.
01:30We'd advised to put them onto our wallet on our phones and scan them with the QR codes there.
01:36So that's what we'd done. We had them scanned at the turnstiles and it turned red on the machine.
01:42So we were then advised to go to a woman with a handheld machine.
01:45When we got to her, the same things happened and so she said
01:50you'll have to go and see the Tiki Master stewards, the stands round there
01:54and kind of calmly directed us to them saying there'd been a few issues.
01:59We were not concerned at this point because it was all very calm and we were just like
02:04oh, we'll go over there, they'll scan us or whatever, put a few things at the computer, get us in.
02:10But as we were running round to Tiki Master, we could hear the intro music to Taylor Head just started.
02:18So obviously we were like run, we need to get into there ASAP.
02:24And then anyway, we ran to this Tiki Master stand and when we got there
02:29we thought we'd just be like a few people. There was around about 70 people in this queue.
02:35So after being in the queue for around about an hour, we were finally given paper tickets.
02:41So we were shown our scanned phone tickets, shown my ID matched with the account
02:48to make sure that obviously it wasn't like a fraudulent, dodgy situation.
02:52And all those, everything matched so then we were given paper tickets
02:56but obviously those tickets weren't scanned in because they couldn't be.
02:59And the paper tickets I don't think are scanned in, we just had to then show them.
03:03All of this queue of however many people then followed these people through these stairs
03:09and up and through these doors to finally find seats that we'd been reassigned.
03:15When we arrived into the stadium, it was about 8.30 and our seats were rubbish.
03:23It was really, really, really, really, really upsetting because the seats that we paid for
03:29were about £185 a ticket and our seats were meant to be really good.
03:34A really great view of the whole stadium, the whole stage, the big screen, etc.
03:40And our seats that we'd been reassigned to were probably face value around about £60-70
03:45and they were almost behind the stage.
03:48Now I'm not ungrateful because we did get in, so that's not the issue.
03:53The issue here is that what we paid for was not the service that we got.
03:57We didn't get the Taylor Swift light-up bands either and obviously we'd missed a third of Taylor Swift
04:05and doors opened at 4 and we only got in at 8.30.
04:11And I had a lovely message from a girl that was in the same situation as us in the queue.
04:16And we were obviously like, gosh, what a shambles, glad we all got in in the end,
04:21but what a rubbish situation, hope you enjoy the rest of your night.
04:25And then I went onto her page and I had a look at her Taylor Swift videos
04:29and I was like, wow, they got a really good view, etc.
04:35And I was thinking, gosh, that kind of looks like the view that we should have had.
04:41They were reassigned our seat numbers, the original purchased seats that we had in our wallet
04:48that were not scanning, those seats were empty the whole time.
04:54So we could have been sat there, we could have been in the concert the whole time in our original seats.
