00:05the more chance the Conservatives have of winning.
00:08And if you are worried by these polls
00:10and think somehow we might not win,
00:12but it's important that they're there
00:14to hold any future government to account,
00:16it's really important you vote Conservative.
00:19If you vote for anybody else, vote for the Democrats.
00:22They won't hold Labour to account.
00:24They're not a force to confront them.
00:28They're simply an echo of them.
00:30They would make them worse.
00:32More taxes, more spending, more borrowing,
00:34more wokery, more nonsense.
00:36They wouldn't hold them back,
00:37they'd encourage them to go further.
00:38So it's so important that we get all Conservative voters out
00:42to back our government, to back Rishi,
00:44and to make sure we cross that winning line on July 4th.
00:48I grew up in Southampton,
00:49I didn't come from a farming background,
00:51so it's been a real privilege to understand
00:54the contribution that you make to our society.
00:57I know that you all do what you do,
00:58work the hours that you do, not for the money, obviously.
01:01You do it because you care deeply about producing the food
01:04that our country needs and wants.
01:06You do it because you care about stewarding the landscape,
01:09because it doesn't look like this by accident.
01:12And you do it because your family have done it for generations
01:14and it's your responsibility.
01:16And as I said, we are extraordinarily lucky
01:19to have you and your contribution to our country.
01:22So let me first start by just saying thank you,
01:24because it doesn't always get appreciated
01:26and people need to understand the contribution
01:28that you all make to our country.
01:30I certainly do, and as long as I have this job,
01:32I will always have your back.
01:34This election is about the future.
01:36It's about who's got the bold ideas,
01:38it's about who's got a clear plan
01:40to deliver a secure future for all of you.
01:42Now it's not just in farming, it's across the board
01:45that the Conservative Party can do that to you.
01:48We are the ones that can deliver financial security.
01:50We are the ones that share your values
01:52when it comes to freedom, to opportunity,
01:54to aspiration, to security.
01:56And given everything that you've done for our country,
01:59for your community, I promise you,
02:01I will stand up for you, I will deliver for you,
02:04and I will fight incredibly hard to deliver
02:06that better future for you and your families.
