Iimbitahan sa pagdinig ng Senado ang dating opisyal ng gobyerno na si Dennis Cunanan na iniiuugnay ni Senadora Risa Hontiveros sa mga nabistong POGO sa Bamban, Tarlac at Porac, Pampanga. Pero sabi ni Cunanan, kinontrata lang siya bilang independent consultant at wala nang kaugnayan ngayon sa dalawang kumpanya.

00:06Senator Risa Hontiveros has assigned her to the well-known POGOs in Bambantarlac and Porac, Pampanga.

00:12But Cunanan said that she was only hired as an independent consultant and that she has no affiliation with the two companies.

00:22Senator Risa Hontiveros is seen leading the connection between the two POGOs in Bambantarlac and Porac, Pampanga.

00:32She is Dennis Cunanan, a former official of the government who was previously convicted in the case of graft and malversation of public funds,

00:41also known as Pork Barrel Scam.

00:43Senator Risa Hontiveros issued these two documents in which Cunanan's name is written as an authorized representative of Hong Sheng POGO in Bambantarlac and Lucky South 99 POGO in Porac.

00:54Cunanan was signed by a member of the PAG Corp who is asking for a license as a POGO to Lucky South 99, which was only a BPO at the time.

01:022020 is the date of the two companies.

01:05Due to the pandemic, Hontiveros said that Cunanan was involved in one of the biggest corruption scandals in the Philippines

01:11and that he might have done the same to the POGOs.

01:16Hontiveros also said that he is just showing that the two POGOs have a connection in Bambantarlac and Porac.

01:22Cunanan is a former Deputy Director General of the Technology Resource Center,

01:26which is said to be used to transfer the pork barrel of politicians to POGO projects.

01:32Senator Cunanan will invite Cunanan to the next hearing of the Senate to clarify his role in the POGOs.

01:38According to the PAOC or Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission,

01:42Cunanan is in the matrix of the illegal POGOs that they are investigating now.

01:47Cunanan said in his statement to GMA Integrated News that his consensus is clean

01:52and he is ready to help the authorities to stop the illegal activities of some POGOs.

01:56He hired them as independent consultants of the two companies to register as POGOs.

02:03They all went through a legal process.

02:05Cunanan clarified that they are not a part of the running of the two POGOs.

02:10His consultancy firm's role is limited in registering the two companies.

02:15They are not connected to the two POGOs anymore.

02:18It is sad that the PDAF cases are still being investigated on this issue.

02:22He was named as a convicted person.

02:25Now, he has more absentees than his so-called conviction

02:29that has not yet been decided by the Supreme Court.

02:33Meanwhile, Bamban Mayor Alice Goh was hit by a PAOC complaint of human trafficking on Friday

02:39because of the sale of his land that was built by POGOs.

02:43If you rent or lease your property to a group or a person

02:49that uses the said property in the commission of a crime,

02:52you have a responsibility, especially if the crime is happening continuously,

02:58that will be the first of a series of charges that we are preparing against the Mayor of Bamban.
