Police appeal for information over death of Sydney surfer

Police are appealing for information into the suspicious death of a high-profile surfer on Sydney’s northern beaches earlier this year. Officers were called to a unit complex in manly in February where they found guy Haymes with serious head injuries. The 59-year-old was treated on the scene and taken to hospital but died several weeks later. Police say Mr Haymes was known as "creature" and was well-known in surfing communities across New South Wales.
