Sa bawat tanim ng mga magsasaka sa Mankayan, Benguet hangad nila ay masaganang ani para sa pag-aaral ng kanilang mga anak. Kaya sa ilalim ng Kapuso School Development Project ng GMA Kapuso Foundation nagpatayo tayo ng 3 bago at matitibay na silid-aralan!

00:00In every farm that produces rice in Benguet, they aspire to have a rich harvest for their children's education.

00:14That's why under the Kapuso School Development Project of the GMA Kapuso Foundation,

00:19we established three new and resilient seed areas there.

00:24One of the main problems of the residents is the supply of water in the seed area in Mangkayan, Benguet.

00:36Because of the high location of the area, the water cannot reach them.

00:42That's why at 6 in the morning, the Grade 5 student, Albie,

00:50has to go to Mangkayan to get water for her school entrance.

00:59It's hard to walk, but I can do it because I want to go to school.

01:09Benguet is one of the provinces that was severely affected by the earthquake last year.

01:16That's why when the construction of the Kapuso School started in February,

01:22Pablo was free to use his water pump to supply water to the school.

01:29The supply of water is very limited, so we were helped by a community volunteer.

01:37And after almost three months, the GMA Kapuso Foundation successfully invested

01:45the three Kapuso classrooms that have a hand and foot washing facility in Dagadag Elementary School.
