Man Falls From Top of Ladder

A man was climbing a ladder to do some work on a roof in California, USA. However, as he took the final step at the top, he stepped on the last rung of the ladder instead of the roof. Consequently, the ladder fell beneath him and he came crashing down with it, hitting the ground hard.
