People Laugh As Man Attaches Pipe Under a Roof Gable Through Ladder At Construction Site

This man had to attach a pipe under the roof gable. He stood on a ladder to fix it but secured the tube to the wall through the ladder. This incident made the people around him at the construction site laugh a lot.
