00:03 There's no one that plays in the NFL
00:04 that doesn't want that ring and that Lombardi.
00:07 And when you win a bunch of them,
00:08 the fans, they expect it.
00:10 I don't think it's any different than Kentucky basketball,
00:13 Duke, North Carolina, UCLA.
00:15 They think that they should win titles every year.
00:19 But I do believe that he is a good coach
00:23 and he handles his business the right way.
00:26 He handles the team the right way,
00:28 the media the right way.
00:30 I think he does everything the way it should be done
00:33 by a head coach in the NFL.
00:35 I think he sets a standard high, the bar's high with him.
00:39 And I don't think fans understand that
00:41 because they drink and eat too much food, honestly.
00:45 Yeah, let me add this before we move on here.
00:48 If you go back to when he was hired,
00:49 he was not their first, second, third or fourth choice
00:52 when they went into the process.
00:53 He was way down the list.
00:55 Mike Tomlin was an unknown with the Vikings
00:58 as an assistant and he went up and he aced the interview.
01:02 Remember Russ Groom was the guy most people thought,
01:04 in fact, myself and others reported that he was the favorite
01:06 but he went up not getting the job.
01:08 And Mike Tomlin got it and he's done nothing but win there.
01:11 Again, he's never had a losing season.
01:12 Now, one thing that we should add,
01:15 look at the quarterback situation.
01:17 Roethlisberger, before he retired,
01:18 was on the downside of his career,
01:20 beat up physically, didn't have much left.
01:22 Kenny Pickett didn't work out over his two seasons.
01:24 He was traded to Philly
01:26 and they're starting over the quarterback position.
01:27 On a one year deal with Russell Wilson.
01:29 So they've got a good roster.
01:31 Tom's got a very good staff,
01:32 but sometimes you're only as good as your quarterback.
