Proposals for 'Europe's largest data centre' in Havering opposed by residents 'on almost every level'

Proposals have been drawn up to build ‘Europe’s largest data centre’ on the outskirts of Havering, though residents fear their concerns about its feasibility are going unheard.Digital Reef, a London-based infrastructure developer, has put forward plans for the East Havering Data Centre in rural North Ockenden.
