00:29The ADF has pledged allegiance to Islamic State and mounts frequent attacks.
00:34That's further destabilising a region where many militant groups are active.
00:40Tens of thousands have been made homeless by a conflict between the army and rebels
00:44from the Rwanda-backed M23 group.
00:48The ADF originates from neighbouring Uganda and is alleged to be behind multiple assaults
00:54in the past week.
00:55EU foreign affairs spokeswoman Nabila Masraoui said terrorist groups were taking advantage

01:06She said there was an urgent need to find a political solution.
