00:00It's definitely not true, it's misleading, it's obviously based on assumptions put forward
00:06by Conservative political staff and that is why the Conservative Party has got into so
00:10much trouble by trying to present that as somehow being objective truth when it has
00:15been so comprehensively debunked. So look, Conservative politicians using that, there'll
00:20be questions towards their own integrity, that is for them, but ultimately the reason
00:25they have to do this is they can't defend their record, they can't defend the last
00:2914 years and this is why this has I think become such a part of the Conservative campaign.
00:34Look at the reaction from the civil service themselves in terms of having to say we explicitly
00:38told the Conservative Party not to present the information in this way. It is misleading,
00:43if you did the same attempt on the Conservative's own plans you'd actually I think get to a
00:47higher figure. So look, we are very confident in the Labour Party and the plans we're putting
00:52forward for the change the country needs. We think the Conservative record speaks for
00:57itself and it's for the Conservative Party to run their own campaign but we're very satisfied
01:01with what we're doing in this campaign so far.
