01:05 Boxing fans love him, Jose Jesus Soto-Caraz.
01:09 So Soto-Caraz is in his corner,
01:12 and he had some bras over the years.
01:14 So we'll see what Navarro has to offer
01:19 for the break of 8, 3, and 1.
01:21 Navarro, a lot of the Southern California club scene,
01:24 so he's known around the area.
01:25 See what he can do tonight.
01:28 -George feels that he's got a good ring IQ
01:31 and what he's gained over the years in his training
01:34 and being in with different people,
01:36 different gyms, getting that kind of work,
01:39 and it's no surprise that his favorite fighter,
01:42 then, would be a guy with a high IQ in the ring,
01:46 which is Roberto Duran. -Oh, wow.
01:48 -Who probably has the highest,
01:50 maybe with the exception of James Tony.
01:52 -And Navarro is tagging MJ Bull,
01:54 who's in trouble off of the ropes.
01:57 -Bull trying to fight back
01:58 and did a good job fighting off those ropes.
02:01 -Lands a left that stops Navarro briefly.
02:04 Navarro stalking as Bull is in the corner now.

02:13 Navarro's looking for the home run early.

02:19 -No, and in Bull's case, you know, he wants --
02:21 he was determined to fight back there.
02:23 You know, he had a very dismal showing against Sukunov,
02:27 a very outstanding fighter who was undefeated
02:29 when they fought two fights back and stopped Bull.
02:32 In fact, his corner stopped it after two rounds.
02:35 Bull just didn't show up.
02:36 He said he couldn't really make the weight,
02:39 and he couldn't recover then from trying to make weight.
02:44 In this fight, he felt much more comfortable,
02:46 and he wants to put on a good show
02:48 in his first fight in the U.S.

16:56 You know, after you've had a few fights
16:58 and your record looks a certain way,
17:00 are you still gonna be the A-side?
17:02 Do you become the veteran, the journeyman, or what is it?
17:05 It's a lot on the line tonight for these two.
17:08 -And a guy like Boe, you know, he can come in here
17:10 and write a whole new script for himself.

17:17 Fighting a lot better than his record indicates.

17:22 -You can definitely see him being a fighter who...
17:25 a promoter might say, "Hey, I haven't undefeated a kid

17:34 and you say, you know, you'd like to see him get
17:36 a little more polished if he could in the gym,
17:38 you know, learn a little bit more.
17:40 But the fact of the matter is, is sometimes those wild shots,
17:42 you know, because they come from out of nowhere
17:45 and they come from unusual angles,
17:47 they can be effective.

18:01 keeping the jab out there, keeping the fundamental boxing.
