South Korean Activists Send Anti-DPRK Leaflets and USB Drives Towards North Korea

Last week balloons sent by North Korea began landing in South Korea, each one carrying with it trash and excrement. It was a surprising and juvenile international incident and now activists from the South are returning the favor, albeit with more civility. Veuer’s Tony Spitz has the details.
