SMF Siap Lunasi 3 Utang Obligasi yang Jatuh Tempo Juli 2024
Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) siap melunasi tiga utang obligasi berkelanjutan yang jatuh tempo secara bersamaan pada Juli 2024.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (5/6/2024) ketiga obligasi tersebut yakni Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri C dengan Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp932 miliar dan bunga sebesar Rp20,38 miliar yang jatuh tempo pada 4 Juli 2024.
