Norman Mineta testifies to the 9/11 Commission

Norman Mineta testified to the 9/11 Commission that he arrived in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) bunker at 9:20 am on 9/11/01. He states that Cheney was already in charge and had issued some orders previously. He tells that a young man kept coming to the Vice President about a plane was heading toward the Pentagon at 50, 30, and 10 miles out. He asked Cheney, "Do the orders still stand?"
