00:03A new mural has appeared in Chesterfield, at the junction of Sheffield Road and Pottery Lane West, as part of a national life-saving campaign.
00:11The caption on the mural, which displays a young footballer, reads
00:15This is Tom. He won't be able to watch England this summer. That dream has sadly been snatched away when he died.
00:21Each week, 12 young people are lost to sudden cardiac death in the UK.
00:26Only with your support can we fund the life-saving scientific research that will help put a stop to this tragic reality.
00:33Please donate today. British Heart Foundation
00:37The mural, which has been created as part of a national campaign by the British Heart Foundation, commemorates young footballer Tom Henson from Bolsover.
00:45Tom passed away at the age of 23, after he suffered a cardiac arrest while playing football at Gospers Fields in Dromfield in July 2018.
00:55A Derbyshire writer and actor who grew up in Worksworth has used her experience of life in the Derbyshire Dales to create the pilot for a comedy series released by Channel 4.
01:05Set in rural Derbyshire, Peaked follows bickering best friends Sarah and Beth, who are in their 20s, living with their parents and fancying the same boy in a small town called Wellworth.
01:16I guess it's kind of inspired by experiences of moving back home and living with our parents when we were too old to be doing that, said co-creator Ada Player, who is 25.
01:25It's about hanging out drinking in the park until you're so cold you can't feed your legs. That's a universal countryside coming-of-age experience.
01:33Peaked is available to watch now on Channel 4's All 4 or on YouTube.
