Denuncia ciudadana.

00:00 The government doesn't know what they're doing and they're looking at the exits
00:06 and it's not over yet.
00:09 We're going to be without water for two months in the city of Pinar del Río.
00:13 Good morning to everyone watching this video.
00:16 I'm here, behind me, where the cart and the horse are.
00:20 It's Aqueducto, where the tanks are, for pumping for the city
00:26 and for the part of the city of Pinar del Río.
00:32 For no one, the situation of water and fuel is alien
00:40 compared to this energy situation that exists in the country.
00:46 But you should note that look at the terrible construction,
00:51 the terrible repair they're doing of the pumping tanks,
00:57 which have been delayed.
00:59 I don't know where the resources are going.
01:01 The population is quite outraged.
01:04 I'm going to show you here briefly the situation of the place.
01:12 Here, as you can see, I'm going to show you.
01:16 [Music]
01:23 So you can see.
01:26 Look at this.
01:29 There you have to be seeing the situation, look,
01:35 of the city's pumping completely.
01:40 There are workplaces, but workplaces a little late,
01:46 as you are seeing there, honestly.
01:51 That's the pumping station here.
01:55 As you are looking at that situation,
01:58 the government does not know what they are doing
02:01 and they are seeing there how the outlets are
02:05 and it is not over yet.
02:08 We have been without water for two months in the city of Pinar del Río.
02:12 There is also a problem with the pipes,
02:14 which have not been able to supply water to the population
02:17 because there is no fuel.
02:19 And they are resorting to the people who have the tractors.
02:23 These are private, but the pipes are costing between 3,000 and 4,000 pesos
02:29 each 4,000 liter pipe.
02:33 And the state does not meet the need
02:38 that the population needs to supply water.
02:41 As you are seeing, animal traction, water tanks to fill with a little water,
02:46 is the only thing they are doing here.
02:48 The provincial authorities are not doing anything.
02:52 They are ignoring this situation.
02:55 Look how the water is spilled there.
02:58 This is also the situation that exists today in the city of Pinar del Río
03:04 with the supply of water and the energy fuel problem that exists.
03:09 This also applies to the problems of the outlets that are being seen
03:12 in the province of Pinar del Río, which are outlets of more than 12 hours.
03:17 Reporting for DNQ, José Rolando Cáceres Soto.
