00:08 52-year-old, seven-time Tour de France winner.
00:11 He retired from cycling over a decade ago, Mojo,
00:14 but he's still competing.
00:16 And I probably shouldn't be shocked by this,
00:18 but the guy is still an absolute monster.
00:20 So the Hi-Rox races, relay races,
00:23 going down in New York City over the weekend.
00:26 This is a crazy competition, a grueling,
00:29 grueling competition, like burpees, running,
00:32 sandbag lunges, Mojo.
00:33 A lot of really difficult things.
00:36 In fact, my best friend, Mark Lobiondo,
00:39 from Ironbound Performance, his gym was out there.
00:41 He got me this video here of Lance Armstrong.
00:44 Mojo, he finished first out of his entire age group.
00:49 Guys in their early 50s, he finished first,
00:52 and he finished 94th out of 892 men in the open competition.
00:58 So a lot of those guys half Lance's age.
01:02 Still, he's a heck of an athlete, Mojo,
01:04 even all these years later.
01:05 This is insane, considering his age.
01:07 This isn't even what he did professionally.
01:09 This is like a whole different thing.
01:11 They're lucky they didn't have cycling.
01:12 Like a football player just going to play basketball later
01:14 on, it's like two totally different things.
01:17 But this right here is just a measure of how in shape
01:20 a guy is, how tough a guy is.
01:23 And a lot of athletes, when they're in retirement,
01:25 that's something that they're missing, right?
01:27 It's a little difficult for them to get by
01:30 without that competitive drive.
01:32 Lance finding a way to get it done in retirement
01:36 and doing it well, man.
01:37 Again, that's crazy, the times that he put up.
01:40 Yeah, very, very impressive.
01:41 Now he actually qualifies for the world championship.
