A man is walking the entire UK coastline, a journey of 11,023 miles, with his pet dog.

01:18all my stuff, Bruno's waiting patiently to go, going to be heading down to Dungeness

01:25today, be entering Kent, the 6th county of the trip, we hit the 500 mile mark yesterday

01:31as you're probably all aware already, because I have mentioned it once or twice, but yeah

01:38Right we're back, it's night 81, made it to Essex, which is fantastic, there's the tent,

01:46the sun's coming from that way, so I parked it there, right next to this World War 1 gunnery,

01:52which is quite nice, very peaceful down here to be fair, there's the dog, Rolo's absolutely

01:57shattered to be fair, there's a beach down there, that's closed, you're not allowed on,

02:02Rolo's wounded, it's Ministry of Defence, so they've obviously been doing bits on there,

02:07there's probably shells and all sorts on there, but yeah, nice to be in Essex finally, and

02:13approaching the 700 mile mark, big shout out to the two ladies, who just came down

02:18with some tux, a bag full of stuff, they walked past, they thought I was walking the coast

02:24or something like that, or been booted up by a bird, but yeah, big shout out to them,

02:28people were so nice around here, the people in the pub were so nice as well earlier, I

02:32only went in one, charged all my stuff, they loved what I was doing, all the locals were

02:37there trying to buy me drinks and that could have got absolutely plastered, and yes some

02:41lady offered me chicken and chips as well, about 15 minutes ago, so people said that

02:45the people in Essex were not very friendly, but they're absolutely winning the race by

02:49a country mile at the moment, I've only been here one night and that's the most amount

02:53of gestures ever, so yeah again big shout out to those two women, because it's so nice

02:57when people are kind and do stuff for you, to be honest with you, I feel like I've been

03:01hit by a truck, can't wait to have a lamb sip and get myself in the bed for the night,

03:06but yeah I'll catch you soon, we'll see you tomorrow for day 82.

03:11Right we're back with a daily scrant, steak mac and cheese with halloumi, surely the Americans

03:17eat that, steaks are looking absolutely tan tan, now at this point I was actually quite

03:23surprised Rola was still lying over there, so I thought I'd give her a little whistle,

03:26so she doesn't miss out, look at her face when she comes over, no big stretch required.

03:36And at this point she's like hmm I know that smell, there's the steak looking absolutely

03:41tan tan, no vinegar tonight though unfortunately, Rola absolutely seagull necking her's done,

03:49look at her go, Rola nailed all the juice, here's my mac and cheese, looking absolutely

03:57tan tan, look at the steak and halloumi on top, oh my god, bon appétit.
