00:11 is affecting the western section of Luzon.

00:15 We also have a low-pressure area outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:20 and this is the one that has no direct effect on our country.

00:24 But because of the low-pressure area and the distance of this typhoon,

00:28 Southwest Monsoon or Hanging Habagat is affecting the western section of Luzon.

00:32 We expect that there will be heavy rainfalls in the Ilocos Region.

00:39 Meanwhile, we can see in our satellite imagery that there are heavy rainfalls in the extreme northern Luzon

00:44 which is the tip of the frontal system.

00:47 We expect that in Batanes and Babuyan Islands,

00:50 there will be heavy rainfalls and heavy rainfalls.

00:55 For Metro Manila and the other parts of our country,

00:58 it is clear, but hot and foggy in the afternoon and afternoon

01:03 where there are chances of localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

02:06 For Cebu, it is 27 to 34 degrees Celsius.

02:09 Zamboanga is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:15 For Davao, it is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:20 We do not have any high gill warnings for any seaboards of our country.
