00:00SKDS for companies, do they have individuals or small farmers?
00:11So definitely no.
00:13Basically, no.
00:15Because we see that there are small farmers or individuals who fill the houses, who do small businesses,
00:27so they don't have a company that we feel we need to touch through the individual body.
00:36But the details on Budi Madan will be controlled by the Ministry of Finance.
00:43On SKDS, KPDF.
00:45How is it mentioned by the Honourable Prime Minister that in this initial stage,
00:51the implementation of targeted subsidies for diesel is only for Malaysia?
00:57Sabah and Sarawak were first excluded.
01:01Why? Because we want the scheme to be organized and organized.
01:07And to reduce our affected people.
01:12That's why last year we took time to discuss the system.
01:18Secondly, to recognize the affected target groups.
01:22That's why we increased from 9 to 23 types of goods.
01:28And we thought about the mechanism.
01:31How about the households that use diesel?
01:34That's why we finally came up with Budi Madani.
01:38And that's also why Sabah and Sarawak, we know,
01:42the dependence of households is quite high on the use of diesel.
01:47Why? Because of the geographical factors there.
01:50So we see the implementation here to make sure it runs smoothly.
01:57And at the same time, we monitor the possible aspects that we need to touch on
02:04in terms of categorization, as well as the affected households.
