05:25Fadkuru ala Allahi la'allakum tuflihun
05:29In this verse, Allah SWT has given us all a reminder so that we always remember, remember, remember, think of the blessings that Allah SWT has given us.
05:48In the context of this verse, ladies and gentlemen, Allah SWT speaks to the people of Ad.
05:54The people of Ad are the people of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
05:59Verse number 68, Al-Fadhil Ustaz Fazl mentioned earlier, the theme that was brought by the Prophets and Messengers is
06:07Wa'ana lakum nasihun amin
06:11which Ustaz Terbizi recited.
06:13The song that was recited by Taranun was really good, Ustaz.
06:16I also did it but it didn't happen.
06:18Ustaz, this is Johan. We will hear it later in the second vlog.
06:22Is Johan in your rank, Ustaz?
06:23Johan is in my rank.
06:24What language do you speak, Ustaz Fazl?
06:25I don't know. I'm just a housekeeper.
06:27Have you ever represented Penang?
06:29Yes.
06:30But Ustaz Zarfi, you're not from Penang, right?
06:33I'm from Kelantan.
06:34Kelantan.
06:35But I've been in Penang for a long time.
06:36My father used to work in a farm.
06:37Oh, okay.
06:38That's why.
06:39I saw you sitting under a palm tree.
06:43Ustaz, who was Taranun Umar?
06:45Hussein.
06:46MasyaAllah.
06:47It was really good, Ustaz.
06:53This is the theme of the Prophets and Messengers...
06:55...as giving advice that is trusted by all of us.
07:04This is also in Surah Yasin...
07:06...repeated by the Messengers and Prophets.
07:08That is to convey warnings...
07:11...to the facts and the basis of the Quran.
07:17What kind of warnings did Allah ask the people of Ad...
07:21...to remember the blessings that Allah has given you?
07:25At least, there are three things.
07:28The blessings that Allah has given the people of Ad are...
07:31...firstly, they are the replacers of the people of Prophet Noah.
07:35Ustaz Fazl, Ustaz Tirmidhi has mentioned this to us.
07:39How?
07:40The people of Prophet Noah disobeyed Allah.
07:44Even though they were persuaded, reminded...
07:47...even though they were given advice to unify Allah...
07:50...they disobeyed.
07:52They did not obey what was revealed...
07:55...what was said by Prophet Noah.
07:58Recall the incident of Bahtrah of Prophet Noah...
08:01...who was safe together with Prophet Noah.
08:05In Bahtrah of Prophet Noah, there were only 80 people.
08:0980 people.
08:11According to the Tafsir, they were safe for 150 days...
08:16...in Bahtrah of Prophet Noah.
08:18So, only 180 people were safe in Bahtrah of Prophet Noah.
08:22More than that, everything was punished by Allah.
08:26Secondly, remember the people of Ad.
08:29Allah has given you an advantage.
08:32What is their advantage?
08:34Allah has given them an advantage.
08:37Allah has given them an advantage.
08:40Their bodies are very masculine.
08:43If you want to look at a masculine person...
08:46...you should look at Ustaz Tirmidhi.
08:49Look at Ustaz Fazl.
08:51Allah has given them an advantage.
08:54They are masculine.
08:56Their bodies are strong.
09:01Thirdly, Allah has given them an advantage.
09:05At that time, the people of Ad, Allah has given them...
09:09...tall buildings, skyscrapers.
09:12It means that technology existed at that time.
09:16These are the three blessings that Allah has asked them to remember.
09:19It is the same.
09:20Who has given you blessings, people of Ad?
09:23Unfortunately, all the blessings that Allah has given them...
09:29...they deny and forget.
09:31They don't obey the teachings of Prophethood.
09:35What does this verse have to do with us?
09:38Maybe we say, Ustaz, this verse has nothing to do with us.
09:41This is the people of Ad.
09:43No, the Quran is not like that.
09:45Ustaz Fazl always reminds us.
09:47When we read the Quran, we reflect...
09:49...and connect ourselves to the verse.
09:52What has Allah given us?
09:54Ya Allah, ladies and gentlemen.
09:56Allah has given us so many blessings.
09:59Ladies and gentlemen, our fingers...
10:01...try to touch it, ladies and gentlemen.
10:04Alhamdulillah.
10:05We can feel it again.
10:07Our feet, ladies and gentlemen.
10:09We step on the floor, ladies and gentlemen.
10:11Alhamdulillah.
10:12We can feel it again.
10:13Our pancak indera can function again.
10:15That is a blessing that we get every day...
10:18...but we forget to thank Allah.
10:21This verse teaches us...
10:23...to remember the blessings of Allah...
10:25...so that we can always be servants of Allah...
10:27...who submit and obey Allah.
10:30Thank you, Ustaz Zarifi, for explaining to us.
10:33Ustaz Fadkuru, Allah is to always remember...
10:36...the blessings of Allah.
10:38In the people of Ad, there are three things.
10:42They are a substitute for the people of Nabi Nuh...
10:45...who have a weak body.
10:47They have a high economic development.
10:52Allah tells them to remember...
10:54...so that they don't become weak.
10:56That is a remedy.
10:57The Dhikr that is repeated in Surah Al-A'raf...
11:01...is to cure the weakness.
11:03And if the weakness is not cured...
11:06...it becomes arrogant.
11:09Arrogant like the people of Ad.
11:11When they are arrogant, they are stubborn.
11:13They don't want to be grateful...
11:15...to the command of Allah.
11:19Let's take a short break.
11:49Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 3
12:20Surah Al-A'raf, Verse 3
12:34Qur'an, Infarnot.
12:49SadaqAllahul Azeem.
12:50Ameen.
12:51Ameen.
12:52Ameen.
12:53Ameen.
13:19SadaqAllahul Azeem.
13:49Ameen.
13:56Ameen.
14:02Ameen.
14:08Ameen.
14:14SadaqAllahul Azeem.
14:44SadaqAllahul Azeem.
15:04SadaqAllahul Azeem.
15:17SadaqAllahul Azeem.
15:18SadaqAllahul Azeem.
15:38SadaqAllahul Azeem.
15:54SadaqAllahul Azeem.
16:09Allahumma salli ala Sayyidina Muhammad wa ala alihi Sayyidina Muhammad.
16:12SadaqAllahul Azeem.
16:13SadaqAllahul Azeem.
16:39SadaqAllahul Azeem.
17:04So, dear viewers,
17:06this is what happened at one point.
17:09Allah Ta'ala...
17:11For Rasulullah SAW,
17:13there was a time,
17:15which we will tell later,
17:17the story of the Thamud tribe.
17:19On their way,
17:20for Rasulullah SAW,
17:22they wanted to go to Tabuk.
17:24In the middle of the road,
17:25suddenly Rasulullah SAW stopped at a place
17:30which is called Madain Saleh.
17:33He stopped there.
17:35In front of the companions,
17:37Rasulullah SAW said,
17:39la tas'alul ayat.
17:41Rasulullah SAW said,
17:43all of you,
17:44don't be like the Thamud tribe,
17:47where they always ask for proof,
17:51as a condition to believe.
17:53Show us your proof first,
17:55dear Rasulullah SAW.
17:56Show us first.
17:57Where is your miracle?
17:59You look like us,
18:01ordinary people.
18:02Where is your advantage?
18:04The disease asks for proof first.
18:07It's the same with the Thamud tribe.
18:10They are willing to say,
18:12show us first,
18:13the torment of the people
18:15who broke the law of Allah,
18:18who didn't follow the law of Allah.
18:20Where is the torment?
18:21Show us first.
18:23These are very dangerous diseases.
18:26Very dangerous dialogues.
18:28Our connection today,
18:30for example,
18:31people give us advice.
18:33We say to them,
18:34don't argue with me,
18:37our graves are different.
18:39If you want to answer your own questions,
18:41I'll be the one to answer them.
18:43We see that the dialogue is funny.
18:46We see that it's cynical.
18:49But, dear viewers,
18:50it's very dangerous for the disease
18:52to speak without thinking.
18:54To speak first,
18:55before thinking.
18:56Why?
18:57We are worried,
18:58the dialogue is the same
19:00as the disease of the Thamud tribe.
19:04Like the tribe that Allah has told us,
19:07Allah has shown us in this story.
19:10Where are they?
19:11They were destroyed by Allah.
19:13That's why, Ustaz,
19:14Rasulullah told us,
19:16Therefore, believe in Allah,
19:19and on the Last Day,
19:20say good things,
19:22or be silent.
19:24The Prophet SAW told us,
19:26those who believe in Allah,
19:29those who believe in the Last Day,
19:31say good things,
19:33or be silent.
19:35This is a reminder to us,
19:37to keep our mouths and tongues.
19:40May Allah protect us.
19:41Thank you, Ustaz Zarifi,
19:43for explaining to us,
19:44the 70th verse,
19:45how they speak without thinking.
19:49Meaning,
19:50they are willing to challenge the Prophet,
19:54and challenge Allah SWT.
19:57The big lesson that we learned earlier,
19:59as mentioned in the hadith,
20:02say good things,
20:03or be silent.
20:05Nowadays,
20:06speaking can be used here.
20:07Comment first,
20:09then think later.
20:10Or,
20:11slander,
20:13and apologize later.
20:14When we are in court,
20:16then we apologize,
20:19outside the court.
20:20So,
20:21this is one thing,
20:23that we need to pay attention to.
20:25Why?
20:26Because,
20:27when they speak without thinking,
20:28it is a sign,
20:29to the arrogant individuals.
20:32As mentioned earlier,
20:33they are arrogant.
20:34When they are arrogant,
20:35they are confident.
20:36Overconfident.
20:37So,
20:38they are willing to challenge,
20:40to the truth,
20:41that was brought by the Prophet,
20:43by Allah SWT.
20:45So,
20:46the response from the Prophet,
20:47is what we want to see,
20:49in the 71st verse.
20:51Let's read,
20:52together with Al-Fatihah Ustaz Tirmidzi Abdur-Rahman.
20:54Thank you.
20:55Thank you,
20:56Al-Fatihah Ustaz Fahd,
20:57Al-Fatihah Ustaz Zarifi.
20:58We will block the next one,
21:00for duet.
21:01It is already known,
21:03to the audience.
21:04Can we do it now?
21:05Yes.
21:06The 71st verse is long.
21:07It is long.
21:08YouTube will stop.
21:09YouTube will not stop.
21:10So,
21:11I will read,
21:12until,
21:13let's see,
21:14when I stop,
21:15Ustaz Zarifi will join us.
21:17Two brothers,
21:18two brothers.
21:19Alright,
21:20I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
21:21Is it 71?
21:2271.
21:23I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
21:39I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
21:41It is too short, isn't it?
21:42Yes.
21:43I am a believer.
21:44I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
21:45I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
22:08I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
22:39Yes.
23:00Allah, Allah.
23:01Peace be upon you, Ustaz.
23:02Peace be upon you, too.
23:03The 71st verse, Ustaz.
23:04Peace be upon you, too.
23:05The 71st verse is about,
23:07what is it, Ustaz?
23:08It is related to the response of Prophethood.
23:10Yes.
23:11In the verse,
23:12I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
23:14Yes.
23:15It means,
23:16Allah will give to you
23:18a punishment.
23:21And this anger is a blessing.
23:23Yes.
23:24Because of what they said earlier.
23:27What does it mean,
23:28a punishment and anger?
23:29Because usually,
23:30this punishment,
23:31in the previous Surah Al-Ma'idah,
23:32it is related to Islam,
23:34related to Khamrun,
23:36related to Arak.
23:37But here,
23:38what is the context?
23:39Ustaz.
23:40Peace be upon you, Ustaz.
23:41Ustaz Tirmizi.
23:42In Tafsir Al-Imam Ibn Kathir,
23:45the word,
23:47Rij Sun,
23:49is translated as,
23:51a punishment and curse from Allah.
23:56Rij Sun.
23:57It means,
23:58a punishment and curse from Allah.
24:02Alright, Ustaz.
24:03Let us see,
24:04how wisely,
24:06Al-Quran tells us,
24:08a community,
24:11will not be punished by Allah SWT,
24:14but,
24:15Allah SWT sends,
24:17first of all,
24:18a warning for the sake of a warning.
24:20Allah SWT sends Al-Quran,
24:22Allah SWT sends to the Prophets and Messengers,
24:25to give a warning to that community,
24:28first of all.
24:29It means,
24:30Allah SWT does not punish,
24:31if there is no warning.
24:33If there is no warning,
24:35Allah SWT still gives a chance and space for repentance.
24:38So, in the case,
24:40of the Prophets and Messengers,
24:41i.e. the Aad tribe,
24:43a warning for the sake of a warning,
24:44that the Prophets and Messengers,
24:45send to their people,
24:47but,
24:48they are stubborn,
24:49stubborn,
24:50stubborn,
24:51arrogant.
24:52Finally, Allah SWT,
24:54has punished,
24:56these people,
24:57because of what?
24:58Because of their stubbornness.
25:00So,
25:01Al-Quran,
25:02is also a warning to us,
25:03ladies and gentlemen.
25:04Al-Quran,
25:05is a warning,
25:06for the sake of a warning,
25:07to us.
25:08The hadith,
25:09of the Prophet SAW,
25:11is a warning,
25:12for the sake of a warning,
25:13to all of us.
25:14It is enough,
25:15that we are drowned,
25:16in this world.
25:17It is enough,
25:18that we put aside,
25:19Al-Quran.
25:20On the contrary,
25:21we become,
25:22a community,
25:23that really holds,
25:24to Al-Quran,
25:25and the Sunnah,
25:26of the Prophet SAW,
25:28as,
25:29as a pillar,
25:30of knowledge,
25:31and also,
25:32we call it,
25:33as a guide,
25:34in our lives.
25:35Allah SWT.
25:36Thank you,
25:37Ustaz Zarifi,
25:38for explaining,
25:39about the term,
25:40Rijun wa Ghadab,
25:41how important it is,
25:42to refer,
25:43to the revelation,
25:44and to return,
25:45to Allah,
25:46that is important.
25:47If we do not return,
25:48then,
25:49the previous people,
25:50have already been punished,
25:51and we do not want,
25:52to be punished,
25:53and one of the punishments,
25:54for our people,
25:55the people of the Prophet SAW,
25:56may not be punished,
25:57like a flood,
25:58like that,
25:59the biggest punishment,
26:00is when,
26:01we lose,
26:02the desire,
26:03to continue,
26:04to chase,
26:05the rewards,
26:06and rewards,
26:07of worship,
26:08from Allah,
26:09but,
26:10we chase the world,
26:11when we chase the world,
26:12that is a,
26:13tragedy,
26:14to the people of Islam,
26:15which causes us,
26:16to become,
26:17the term,
26:18Wahan,
26:19in the term,
26:20of the Hadith,
26:21of the Prophet SAW,
26:22Wahan,
26:23the original meaning,
26:24is a weakness,
26:25that will be suppressed,
26:26by the enemies,
26:27because,
26:28we are weak,
26:29not because,
26:30other people are strong,
26:31but,
26:32because,
26:33we are weak,
26:34the world,
26:35love the world,
26:36and fear,
26:37the death,
26:38itself,
26:39we take a short break,
26:40after this,
26:41we will see,
26:42the story of,
26:43the Prophet SAW,

31:51Al-Fatiha,
31:52Al-Fatiha,
31:53Al-Fatiha,
31:54Al-Fatiha,
31:55In this verse, Allah says,
32:16The meaning of verse 6 is,
32:18While the people of Ad were destroyed by a very cold storm.
32:24Allah sent the wind to them for seven nights and eight days without stopping.
32:31So we see the people of Ad at that time died in a crowd,
32:36like the branches of the date trees that have fallen.
32:40Can you see even one person who is still left among them?
32:45Allah threatened us with the story of the people of Ad.
32:49After the people of Ad were destroyed, Allah raised up the people of Thamud.
32:53Like what Al-Fadhil said earlier,
32:55the people of Thamud are the people of the Prophet,
32:57Allah gave them advantages for the sake of advantages.
33:01First, they have expertise in the technology of architecture,
33:07in the technology of architecture,
33:09and also in the technology of terrain.
33:12What is the proof?
33:14The mountains of iron in the land of padang pasir,
33:17the hard rocks,
33:19they can carve, they can renovate,
33:22they can build expensive palaces and palaces.
33:27In the hot season, they enter to stay in their five-star house.
33:35This is the skill or expertise that they have,
33:39the technology that they had at that time, the people of Thamud.
33:42But unfortunately, the technology or expertise that they had,
33:47did not lead them to Allah.
33:50It did not make them a pious person.
33:54This is also a big theme in our lives.
33:57No matter how high the expertise and technology that we have,
34:01it should be the reason for us to be grateful servants of Allah,
34:05obedient servants of Allah,
34:07obedient servants of Allah,
34:08obedient servants of Allah,
34:09and ask Allah SWT.
34:11For example, the mercy of Allah,
34:13as we mentioned earlier,
34:15how did the people of Thamud,
34:17as I mentioned earlier,
34:20and also mentioned by Al-Fadl al-Fadl in our previous episode,
34:24how did Rasulullah SAW tell his companions,
34:27do not be like the people of Prophet Saleh,
34:30the people of Thamud.
34:32What is the story?
34:33The story is,
34:34they asked for proof from Prophet Saleh,
34:37as a condition for them to believe in Allah.
34:39So, as an answer,
34:41Allah SWT gave a miracle to Prophet Saleh,
34:44which is,
34:46in the sand hill,
34:49in the sand field,
34:52suddenly,
34:53came out of a big rock,
34:55a female camel,
34:56a female camel,
34:57a female camel,
34:58a camel,
34:59a camel,
35:00a camel,
35:01a camel,
35:02a camel,
35:03a camel,
35:04a camel,
35:06came out of a red camel.
35:07From that round, right?
35:09Yes, from our LED.
35:10Suddenly, a red camel came out.
35:12So, they asked for a miracle.
35:14They wanted to see it.
35:15So, we will show it to all of you.
35:18Ladies and gentlemen,
35:19did they believe?
35:20It was split into two groups.
35:22In the text of Imam Ibn Kathir,
35:23it was split into two groups.
35:25The first group,
35:26MashaAllah,
35:27they obeyed,
35:28they believed in the miracle,
35:29they believed in Prophet Saleh,
35:30and they believed in Allah.
35:32There was a group of two people,
35:33they were friends.
35:36They read the Quran.
35:38They memorized the hadith.
35:39They were very good at math.
35:41Their father told them stories everyday.
35:43They were very hard.
35:45Ladies and gentlemen,
35:46this is what we are afraid of.
35:47Our hearts become hard like a rock.
35:49We cannot accept the light of faith.
35:51This is what we are afraid of.
35:52So, ladies and gentlemen,
35:53what is this attitude?
35:54What is this attitude?
35:55The attitude of arrogance,
35:56the attitude of ego,
35:57the attitude of opening our ears.
35:59We are worried, ladies and gentlemen,
36:00that we are suffering from this disease.
36:03Dear husband and wife,
36:05how many times have our wives
36:07reprimanded us?
36:08How many times have our wives advised us,
36:10Brother,
36:11give prayer enough time,
36:12Brother,
36:13give prayer on time,
36:15Brother,
36:16but we open our ears
36:18and we feel,
36:19it's too late.
36:21It's not the right time yet.
36:22If it's the right time in 60 years,
36:23let's go to the mosque.
36:25We are worried, ladies and gentlemen,
36:26because we are not aware,
36:27we are not aware.
36:28Apparently, we are acting
36:30like the people of Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam,
36:32the people of Thamud.
36:34And Allah Almighty said in the previous verse,
36:36those are the people of Prophet Hud,
36:38those are the people of Ma'ad.
36:39We are worried because we are not aware.
36:41Because we are not aware,
36:42we are acting like them.
36:44Allah Almighty.
36:45Thank you, Mr. Zarifi,
36:47for explaining what happened
36:49in the story of Prophet Hud
36:51or Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam
36:53who met the people of Thamud
36:55in the 73rd verse
36:57where Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam
36:59reminded the people of Thamud
37:01and of course,
37:03the people of Thamud became arrogant.
37:05They became gangsters,
37:06they were bullying the people of Thamud
37:09to get the women out
37:11from the hill at that time.
37:13And maybe someone said,
37:15is it true?
37:16Is it true or not?
37:17It's the same as saying,
37:19there is a star at the top,
37:21is it true or not?
37:22If it doesn't reach there,
37:24people will say it's not true.
37:25But for those who have knowledge,
37:27those who have faith,
37:29they know that not everything
37:31that exists must be seen.
37:33If not,
37:34is it true that I am breathing?
37:36Am I alive or dead?
37:38Because I don't know if I am breathing or not.
37:39If I am breathing,
37:40where is the oxygen?
37:41I can't see it.
37:42So, these things require knowledge
37:44and congratulations to the ladies
37:46who continue to seek knowledge
37:47because with knowledge,
37:48it will build confidence
37:50and that is what will make
37:52our faith stronger,
37:54more complete,
37:56unlike those who ask for
37:58a new miracle.
38:00The Meccan Muslims say,
38:02if the words in the Quran
38:04are just miracles,
38:06let the angels come
38:08and give us physical things.
38:10Those who want to see everything physical
38:12are a sign of
38:14a stubborn way of thinking.
38:16If we talk about people
38:18who are eager to come here,
38:20they need to believe that there is
38:22a Quran Time studio in Shahlam.
38:24Even though we can't see it yet,
38:26but because of the belief,
38:28we go out early in the morning
38:30and take the bus.
38:32Is it true that there is
38:34a Quran Time studio?
38:36Because of the faith,
38:38it leads to success
38:40and prosperity
38:42to our companions,
38:44ladies of Hajj.
38:46Where are you from?
38:48Taman Rasah Jaya.
38:50Congratulations.
38:52Continue to deepen your knowledge.
38:54Don't be like the Thamud people
38:56that was mentioned in verse 63.
38:58We will take a short break.
39:00After this, we will continue
39:02to understand the psychology of
39:04the desire for wealth
39:06that can lead to prosperity
39:08that is far from ourselves
39:10and our families.
39:20Peace be upon you.
39:50Peace be upon you.

40:46by Coach Jamil
40:48In collaboration with
40:50Muhyiddin Hussain
40:52...will move, awaken and surprise his family.
40:59That's something we'll understand straight away from the hadith.
41:03But our scholars say, what needs to be emphasized...
41:08...is that we're not alone in doing good.
41:12We need to remember that we have a family...
41:15...that we want to inspire and move them to do worship with us.
41:19We don't want to enter heaven alone.
41:22If we don't have a family, maybe we're studying...
41:27...and we have friends who are sleeping, we'll wake them up.
41:31Maybe they have a programme this morning.
41:35Maybe they're tired.
41:38We'll try to move them.
41:41At least they'll wake up and recite some zikir.
41:52To be continued...
42:22There are some beautiful points from these two pages...
42:25...as guidance for our future lives.
42:29Choosing to be in heaven...
42:32...and heaven people are not lazy...
42:35...and not arrogant to the truth brought by Allah...
42:40...through the words of the Prophet...
42:42...which is conveyed through the Quran...
42:44...which is present up to our level today.
42:47We want to read in verse 76...
42:50...about Istighfar.
42:52We'll read it together with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tamizi.
43:20May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:23May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:25May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:27May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:29May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:31May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:33May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:35May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:37May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:39May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:41May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:43May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:45May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:47May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:48May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
43:50Can we read verse 76?
43:52We'll read it together with the parents at home.
43:54A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
44:19Try to breathe.
44:21One, two, three.
44:48A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
45:18Continue.
45:20And continue to talk with the teacher, God willing.
45:22So, that was the reading of the Qur'an from...
45:24Tamar As-Sahih.
45:26Oh, Tamar As-Sahih, yes.
45:28That we heard together.
45:30And continue to read the Qur'an, God willing.
45:32At your respective locations at home.
45:34This is the word of an arrogant person.
45:36This arrogant person is ungrateful to what was brought to him by the Prophet,
45:40compared to us, God willing.
45:42Ungrateful.
45:44We are grateful because Allah has brought to us a miracle
45:46that has remained until now.
45:48It's called Al-Qur'an.
45:50And the way we humiliate ourselves in front of Al-Qur'an.
45:53We respect it.
45:55We read it.
45:57We follow its discipline.
45:59And we take time to face Al-Qur'an.
46:01Not like them.
46:03They are arrogant.
46:05Then they say,
46:07Inna billahi al-mantum bihi kafirun.
46:10That is, we are ungrateful to what you have brought.
46:13We are ungrateful to what was brought to us by the Prophet,
46:17the Prophet S.A.W.
46:19Then, it is said in verses 77, 78, 79,
46:23especially in verse 79,
46:25they said,
46:32You do not like people who give advice.
46:35This is from the Prophet S.A.W.
46:39Why is it like that?
46:40They do not like people who give advice.
46:42They say,
46:44Go and pray.
46:46Then her husband goes up to heaven.
46:48What is the reason, Ustaz?
46:50It goes back to the illness I mentioned earlier.
46:54Arrogant and arrogant.
46:56Arrogant and arrogant is an attribute that will humiliate us, Ustaz.
47:01The proof is in the verse that Ustaz Fazlul said earlier.
47:04Allah has recorded in verses 76, 77, 78,
47:08Allah has recorded in the end,
47:12the people of Thamud,
47:14the women of Allah's mercy,
47:16they are arrogant to the extent that they kill for a red-coloured miracle.
47:21Why?
47:23They say,
47:24Where is the punishment that you have mentioned to us, O Prophet S.A.W.?
47:27We have done it.
47:28We have killed for your miracle.
47:30Where is that miracle?
47:32Where is that punishment?
47:34Look, they are challenging Allah.
47:35Why?
47:36Because they are arrogant and arrogant.
47:38In Tafsir, Imam Ibn Kathir has stated,
47:40they kill for that miracle on the day of Rabu.
47:43On Thursday, Allah has sent stones from the sky to destroy the people of Thamud.
47:51What happened on Thursday?
47:53The faces of the people of Thamud have turned yellow.
47:57Their faces are getting more yellow.
47:59On Friday, their faces turned red.
48:02On Saturday, their faces turned black.
48:06On Sunday,
48:08they were ready to wait for Allah's punishment.
48:14On Sunday,
48:16the sun rose from the east.
48:18At that time,
48:20a loud voice came from the sky,
48:23and an earthquake occurred.
48:26It struck the people of Thamud from below.
48:31All of them died on the ground.
48:33None of them survived,
48:36except for one,
48:38whose name was Abu Rugal.
48:41According to the story,
48:43Abu Rugal,
48:45who was also the leader of the people of Thamud,
48:49was fated to be on the land of Haram.
48:56In Mecca.
48:59Because Allah has blessed the land of Haram,
49:01the people of Thamud were on the land of Haram,
49:03but Allah stopped them for a while.
49:05The punishment did not reach Abu Rugal.
49:08When he stepped out of the land of Haram,
49:12Allah sent down the same punishment.
49:16Abu Rugal also died.
49:19What is the moral of this verse?
49:23Those who are arrogant,
49:25those who do not listen to advice,
49:27those who do not remember,
49:29they will be destroyed in this world.
49:32Allah has shown us an example.
49:35We should not be like the people of Thamud,
49:38who were destroyed by Allah.
49:42Why?
49:44Because they are arrogant.
49:46Thank you, Ustaz Zarifi,
49:48for reminding us.
49:50When we look at one of the characteristics in Surah Al-A'raf,
49:53at first, we are small,
49:55but when Allah gives us many things,
49:58like affa,
50:00when Allah gives us our wealth,
50:03our status, our ability,
50:05that is the test.
50:07We feel that we are great.
50:09We want to be arrogant,
50:11and this is a reminder to all of us,
50:13those who are at home,
50:15to remind our families.
50:17When there is nothing,
50:19it is normal for a husband and wife,
50:21but when there is a big gap,
50:23like the biggest one,
50:25we are just servants to Allah.
50:30We pray to Allah,
50:32so that we will not be lazy,
50:34and will not be arrogant,
50:37because we do not want to be far from the mercy of Allah.
50:42At the end, we pray together with Ustaz Zarifi.
50:45In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
50:47All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
50:49Peace and blessings be upon the Master of Messengers.
50:51Our Master, Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
50:56O Allah, forgive us our sins,
50:58and have mercy on our parents as our Lord did when they were young.
51:02O Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
51:04Forgive us our sins, O Allah.
51:06Forgive the sins of our second parents, O Allah.
51:09Have mercy on them, O Allah,
51:11as they have taken care of us since we were young, O Allah.
51:14O Allah, help us to remember You,
51:17to be grateful to You, and to worship You.
51:19O Allah, guide us,
51:21O Allah, to be a servant who always remembers You.
51:24Guide us, O Allah,
51:26to be a servant who is always grateful for the blessings You have bestowed upon us.
51:30O Allah, accept us,
51:32and make good our worship, O Allah.
51:35O Allah, we ask You for knowledge of benefits,
51:38and good provision,
51:40and acceptable deeds.
51:42O Allah, grant us knowledge,
51:44knowledge that is beneficial,
51:46and we act according to our knowledge, O Allah.
51:48O Allah, grant us
51:49good and lawful provision, O Allah.
51:52O Allah, accept all our deeds, O Allah.
51:55Our deeds are not many, O Allah,
51:57accept this little, O Allah.
51:59O Allah, protect us from our spouses and our progeny,
52:02and make us for the righteous a leader.
52:05O Allah, grant us good in this world,
52:07and good in the Hereafter,
52:09and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
52:11And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
52:13Ameen, Ameen, Lord of the worlds.
52:15May Allah accept our prayers today.
52:16For those of you who are in the studio,
52:18for those of you who are at home,
52:20for those of you who are committed to the Qur'an,
52:22and for those of you who want to contribute
52:24to the movement of the Qur'an,
52:26as a platform,
52:28and for those of you who can contact the number in the description,
52:30for us to bring the Qur'an programs
52:32to the locations of mosques, organisations,
52:34or maybe each family,
52:36so that we can read and understand the Qur'an,
52:39until it becomes a part of our daily practices.
52:42God willing, we will meet again
52:44in a new episode,
52:46where we will understand
52:48how the medicine to prevent us from being lazy,
52:50not arrogant,
52:52so that we can continue to be servants of the true God.
52:55May the Qur'an time,
52:57and the Qur'an Salah be upon you.
53:16May Allah accept our prayers today.
53:46Al Fatiha.
54:16Al Fatiha.
