00:09 The driver who was on the way to Edsa Ayala Tunnel yesterday was shot.

00:25 And he was moving straight.

00:29 So they were separated.

00:31 The victim was shot in the back.

00:33 He went here to the driver's side.

00:36 And then he went out here to the road.

00:40 In Pasig, the police found the suspect who was a businessman.

00:45 He was in front of the media, but he was not spoken to by the authorities.

00:50 Per the testimony of one of the living witness who was driving in Inova, she's telling that there was a collision on the road.

01:03 So that shows the motive.

01:06 A .40 caliber pistol was found on the suspect.

01:09 He was macho in the left trash can in the crime scene.

01:13 The suspect was facing a murder charge.

01:16 DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. assured that they will investigate this case to get justice for the family of the victim.

01:25 To avoid aggressive drivers, there are guidelines in the Filipino Driver's Manual of the Land Transportation Office.

01:33 Avoid driving ahead, tailgating or getting close to other cars, and repeatedly honking.
