01:07 when the Judicial Integrity Board and the Supreme Court approached them to complain about the money they were asking for

01:14 in order to have a favorable result for the case of a complainant.

01:19 We got the information from JID, the Judicial Integrity Board, that an anonymous tipster

01:25 informed them that there was an extortion happening in Pasay Court.

01:33 In exchange of some amount of money, the subject judge in this case would decide in favor of one of the parties in interest.

01:47 They would be on the left when they were given the money from our operatives.

01:55 The clerk of court would then make the decision that was signed by the judge.

02:00 It should have been 5 million pesos.

02:03 So, 1 million pesos for the goodwill, and then the 4 million pesos balance would be given the next day.

02:08 But since the first discussion on 1 million pesos did not push through,

02:14 the amount that was asked for the next day was 6 million pesos.

02:19 So, in a span of less than a week, that was the amount that was being produced.

02:26 When the payment was given, the complainant was given 7 pages of certified through copy of the decision that favors his case.

02:35 It's highly significant. We said, we discussed, once this case is bloomed.

02:40 It's better for our countrymen to be here in the right process within the legal confines.

02:46 Because if we are here under the table, under the table, quote unquote,

02:54 there is a big risk that you can be convicted, you can be fined.

02:59 But at the same time, you can be arrested.
