00:00 Early in the morning, heavy rains suddenly fell in some parts of Quezon City.

00:05 It passed 2 a.m. earlier.

00:08 According to Edsa, Northbound, there's almost zero visibility on the road.

00:13 The rain is pouring down on Quezon Avenue for 15 minutes.

00:18 According to localize, thunderstorms are expected during this rain.

00:23 It also rained in Bataan. Headlights are used for motorists passing MacArthur Highway, Balangas City, Abucay and Samal.

00:33 And in the rain, there's no unexpected flooding on the roads.

00:37 After the rain, water levels in Angat Reservoir rose.

00:45 The water level there was at 179.94 meters yesterday but it's still lower than the minimum operating level of 180 meters.

00:54 If the water level is like that in Angat, it's a priority to supply houses according to the National Water Resources Board.

01:02 90 percent of the water supply in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite and Bulacan is from Angat Reservoir.
