00:00 All right, let's get to Celtics Pacers Gilbert. You pretty much nailed this one
00:04 Not a long series ended up going less than the five and a half over on fan duel 105 102
00:10 What's interesting to me? I guess Gilbert is that Boston can't cover a spread but they sure can win a game
00:15 That's kind of the story of the series
00:17 Absolutely, you know, it's funny
00:20 They found ways to continuously win and I guess you could say the Pacers continue to find ways to lose as well
00:25 looking back at this series and really three games that could have gone either way the Pacers were played by turnovers down the stretch and
00:32 the absence of Tyrese Halliburton as well
00:35 but obviously you have to acknowledge the absence of Chris Dapps Porzingis for the Celtics which
00:39 then winning this series in four games and somehow finding ways to take care of business and really kind of do away with
00:45 Some of the narratives that they aren't unable to win games in the clutch
00:49 It will be a huge favor to them now
00:51 They have ten days off as they prepare for the finals and they'll probably get Chris Dapps Porzingis back in the lineup
00:56 So a very weird series, it definitely felt closer than a sweep
01:00 But at the same time it was clear the Celtics were the better team because they continued to find ways to win
01:06 Despite what the Pacers threw at them
01:08 And and sort of a story for redemption for Jalen Brown whose last postseason didn't go very well much better this time around
01:15 Absolutely, you know, I think people were giving him a lot of flack for the contract
01:20 He received but who could blame him for signing that 300 million dollar deal. He certainly lived up to it
01:24 I think it's big for him to get that Eastern Conference finals MVP award
01:28 I know he said he doesn't win a lot of things. I think it was well-deserved
01:30 He had big moments in the series, especially that three-pointer in game one, which again was the Celtics finding a way to win that game
01:38 So so big kudos to him and I'm sure that leaves the big trophy for Jason Tatum have that in his eyes
