00:06FedEx truck pulls out slowly.
00:09You can see the FedEx truck into the left lane and then uses it's blinker to move to the right lane.
00:12Now, the driver of the tesla decides to make an illigal lane change and at the same time the FedEx truck brakes and decides to make a Pensylvania left turn.
00:16This leaves the drive of the Tesla no other option but to make an aggressive defensive move..
00:21At this point, the drivr is so flustered and shaking that he can barely drive.
00:26The rusults of this encouter was that the driver sued FedEx for 2.6 Million dollars that included psychological trauma and pain and suffering. He was awarded 1.8 by a jury of his peers and placed it all on black.
