00:00I'm a dietitian, and rather than just sharing what, here's why I eat in a day.
00:05Breakfast is crucial for getting my energy levels up, and I make a point to be flexible
00:09for spontaneous things that come up, like someone brought bagels to work today.
00:13And when I'm hungry between meals, I'll have a snack, because it's important to respect
00:16your body's hunger and fullness cues.
00:18And even after my snack, I was in the mood for something sweet, so I had a little extra.
00:22I always try and pack my lunch to save money and eat a little healthier.
00:25I also find it easier than separate meal prep.
00:28And cooking is my way of relaxing, so I made dinner when I got home.
00:32And I wanted some dessert, so I ate it.
