00:00 Because they lost their money, the two Chinese nationals arrested their fellow Filipinos in the Philippines.

00:10 They are the two Chinese nationals arrested by the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group.
00:19 Both of them were involved in the kidnapping of their fellow Chinese.
00:22 The Chinese businessman was the victim, who was rescued.
00:25 The incident happened in a casino in Pasay City. The victim was already losing money.
00:30 That's why the suspects were borrowed a casino loan shark.
00:35 He was in debt of P180,000.
00:37 And when he woke up, he was in debt of P1.8 million.
00:41 The interest is big when you are in debt in a casino.
00:43 Because the victim was not paid, he was robbed by the suspects and was hidden in another hotel in Pasay City.

00:53 He was kidnapped early morning on May 19.
