00:20much relieved. That said, it seems to have taken a few of the parties by surprise that it was called

00:26this early because normally manifestos would have been released by now. Political commentators were

00:33also surprised by the sudden announcement but many of them believe that it's because

00:38things have been getting a little bit better and it's likely to go downhill from now. So basically

00:46leave whilst it's on its way up. So after Rishisunak got permission from the King,
