00:04 It's a week where we all get to celebrate the wonderful things that come in buns.
00:08 It could be ham, it could be cheese, it could be chicken.
00:11 Or in this case today, it's roast pork and stuffing and gravy sandwiches.
00:14 Something which is indigenous to this area.
00:17 Everyone loves a good pork bap.
00:19 I'm here at Box Seas in Wampanoag to try one of their baps because they are really, really good.
00:23 And tell you about the experience. So let's go in and have a look.

01:08 Okay, well here is the grand moment we've been in. Got a pork sandwich with stuffing, with gravy, with mustard and with some crackling on the side.
01:17 They've lovingly prepared it for me. So let's open it up and let's have a look.

01:23 And take a look at that. That is magnificent.
01:27 Proper bit of crackling to go with that.
01:29 Lovely bit of, well I'm not saying a bit, that's a whole pig basically of pork along there.
01:34 With the stuffing all sort of mixed in, the gravy, there's mustard on there as well and a very big bun.
01:40 That is, I'm going to tell you, quite a big and substantial sandwich.
01:44 So, very much looking forward to having a go.

01:50 Let's try a bit of the pork first, which is lovely and soft.
