00:00 I've always been somewhat of a tea drinker. It's my sort of go-to drink in the morning
00:06 and I usually have a cup of tea in the morning when I wake up and one in the afternoon at
00:11 about four o'clock. I also drink coffee during the rest of the day. I milk in last,
00:19 tea bag first, then the water, then the milk and leave the tea bag in for two minutes to
00:25 brew.
00:26 I drink tea probably two or three times a week. I have it with milk and sugar. I won't
00:31 say how many, but yes, quite cramped for a cup of tea.
00:34 I prefer taking the tea bag alone without the milk because I feel it's more healthy
00:40 than taking it with the milk. But for me, that's for me precisely. But for someone else,
00:46 he or she might prefer going with the milk. Some go with the less fat milk, some go with
00:50 the fat milk.
00:51 I drink more of the herbal tea than the traditional Yorkshire tea. But when I do, it's definitely
00:57 tea bag first, followed by the milk.
