00:00 The Canadians are now looking for the arrested and questioned

00:05 for the $6 billion in bribery in Alitag, Tagbatangas last April.

00:10 John Consuta was arrested.

00:12 The NCRPO's Bureau of Immigration, Regional District Unit, and Regional Intelligence Division

00:21 entered this villa in Tagaytay

00:23 and arrested a Canadian national.

00:27 He was one of the suspects behind the $6 billion bribery

00:31 that was registered in a checkpoint in Alitag, Tagbatangas this April.

00:34 But he was arrested this Thursday because of the Interpol Red Notice.

00:39 He was wanted for being the leader of a group of drug dealers in America and Canada.

00:45 His bag was also inspected.

00:56 Some plastic was recovered containing weak shabu, cocaine, and ecstasy.

01:01 These are the items that were recovered by the NCRPO's suspect here in Cavite.

01:09 Seven cellphones and a tablet.

01:11 But what's striking is the large number of pieces of ID from his bag.

01:16 What's noteworthy is that there are many IDs on one face

01:20 but he uses seven different names.

01:26 Two days after being inquested this Friday for the possession of dangerous drugs,

01:30 he was confronted by the Interior Department and PNP in the media.

01:34 We helped each other in order to investigate further

01:39 and profile all those somehow connected here leading to the arrest.

01:48 That's the key.

01:49 The key is cooperation and commitment of each and everyone.

01:55 Earlier, PNP was linked to the use of drugs by a group of drug dealers

02:00 to enter the country.

02:03 They've been doing this for years.

02:05 Are you involved in any way in bringing in drugs here in the Philippines?

02:11 Or are we the end target for these illegal drugs?
