01:16 The problem is, the customer still hasn't made a down payment

01:19 because the screen grab of the online transaction sent to Elnor is not genuine.

01:33 According to the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group,

01:36 from the 39 cases of 2021, she became a victim of the 313 cases of the past year.
