00:31 He was charged with harassing women in Osaka, Japan.

00:38 the Japanese national was already in the country back in 2019

00:42 before the warrant was issued in Japan.

00:44 We will consider him a serial rapist.

00:48 Reportedly, he was one of five victims in Japan

00:52 where he was being targeted in parks in Japan

00:55 and was being taken to a dark place where he was being tortured.

00:58 He was not selected by age,

00:59 but reportedly, he was one of the minors

01:02 among the victims in Japan.

01:04 According to information obtained by the Bureau of Immigration,

01:06 he was being harassed and repeatedly abused by women

01:10 by the victims in Japan

01:13 who started in 2016.

01:15 We don't know if he might have been a victim here

01:19 before we deported him back to Japan.

01:22 We are trying to get a statement from the suspect

01:24 who is currently in jail at the BI Retention Facility in Bicutan

01:28 while his deportation procedure is still ongoing.
