00:02 Through the whole process, you're kinda getting to know the personnel.

00:05 And then just the way Howie's obviously handled this,

00:08 obviously it's been phenomenal.

00:09 Just the pieces we've added to complement the pieces that are already in place.

00:13 I think it's been a phenomenal setup.

00:14 We're really, really excited about it.

00:15 >> What do you recall from your head coaching every year?

00:18 How much was that on your mind when you got to the GOC day?

00:23 >> Yeah, really fun process.

00:24 Really impacted me just how phenomenal the people were.

00:29 Fortunate to get to know Mr. Lurie, Howie, the whole crew.

00:33 They had a really long, thorough process.

00:35 It was really impressive.

00:36 And so obviously those relationships and

00:37 those conversations extended beyond just that day or two.

00:41 And so obviously those things, I think it led us hopefully to something

00:46 where we've had an opportunity to come here and team up with these guys.
