Transcript
00:00 Ex-PEDEA agent Jonathan Morales' credibility or integrity is in tatters after former PEDEA
00:05 chief let the cat out of the bag on him, fessing up that his sworn statement was false all
00:11 along.
00:12 Former PEDEA chief Arturo Kakdak said Morales admitted the contents of his affidavit were
00:17 all lies because the evidence was either contrived and/or planted as he cited a December 2012
00:24 memorandum by PEDEA's legal and prosecution service, all of which Morales seconded or
00:29 confirmed after Kakdak finished his testimony.
00:33 Morales has been repeatedly chastised and upbraided in the Senate hearing on PEDEA leaks
00:37 for his ever-changing stories and clashing statements, indicating his problem with telling
00:42 the truth or citing facts.
00:44 "I was reported through a memo dated December 26, 2012, that Agent Morales turned witness
00:57 for the accused and testified that there was no actual bypass operation by PEDEA agents
01:04 against Albert Chua and Nguyen Myao.
01:09 Mr. Morales further said that the contents of his affidavit were false because the evidence
01:15 were fabricated and the evidence planted."
01:19 "Can we respond to that?"
01:49 "Mr. Chairman, what General Kakdak said is true."
