Accountant fined RM4,500 for modesty offence against colleague

An accountant was fined RM4,500 by the Ayer Keroh Magistrate's Court on Friday (May 10) for intruding upon the privacy of his colleague by secretly installing a CCTV camera in the office toilet.
Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd Suleiman meted out the fine against Chong Soon Hoe, 25, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of insulting the victim’s modesty last Tuesday (May 7).
