00:31 Yes, at least I can deliver in the trophy. So, it's all very, very much a pleasure.

00:38 Not, not much. I think I went to the after-party after the final and I got there about midnight,

00:47 you know, my media duties after winning and I seen it through late at breakfast.

00:52 I sat at breakfast at half past seven, hadn't been to bed, with a ginger ale and brandy, and a fry up.

00:57 So, celebrating, so.

00:59 I heard there was a bit of a mishap with the beds.

01:02 Yeah, yeah, I stole my best mate's bed and yeah, to be honest I just crashed.

01:10 I think it was about eight o'clock in the morning, so I couldn't fall asleep on the floor.

01:14 But, yeah, they had a good time.

01:17 How are you feeling with holding that trophy?

01:19 Do you know what? I pretty much haven't let it go in the last 48 hours.

01:25 I've got a shooting pain through my right arm actually, but yeah, it's just a part of history.
