00:09 because of the Easter Leaves or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.

00:12 And this Easter Leaves will still bring the hot weather or the rain and snow

00:17 that we saw in our latest satellite animation.

00:20 Possible are the isolated thunderstorms in parts of Western Visayas,

00:23 Western portion of Mindanao, and northern part of Palawan, as well as Cordillera region.

00:28 And there are also isolated rain showers throughout the country.

00:32 Meanwhile, we have a new weather system, this is the frontal system

00:36 or this is the line where the cold wind from the north and the hot Easter Leaves will come.

00:43 When the hot and cold wind comes, there is a tendency of complete cloudiness

00:47 and this frontal system is expected to go down and will bring rain to a large part of the northern Luzon

00:53 in the next two days.

00:55 Based on our latest satellite animation, we are still monitoring a cloud cluster

01:00 or a cloud pool in the east of Mindanao outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:05 This has no effect yet and we are not considering it as a low-pressure area

01:10 but we are still monitoring it because it is possible for it to bring rain and weather disturbance

01:15 in the next week in our country.

01:18 Meanwhile, based on the latest Tropical Cyclone Threat Potential,

01:23 based on our climate division, we expect that from tomorrow until the weekend,

01:28 it is possible that there is a low-pressure area or bad weather in that cloud cluster.

01:34 This will move slowly and will bring the Philippine Area of Responsibility to the country

01:39 Monday or Tuesday.

01:41 This will move up and left and will bring the Philippines to the eastern side of our country.

01:47 So, it means that early next week, it is possible for the intertropical convergence zone to bring rain

03:13 While the northern part of the Luzon, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Metro Manila and Southern Luzon

03:20 will still be affected by the frontal system, the sky will be cloudy especially in the afternoon

03:25 and isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be expected especially in the areas near the north

03:32 like Northern Quezon, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Metro Manila where it will be dark by the afternoon

03:41 and other parts of Bicol Region, especially Camarines Province and Catanduanes.

03:47 So that means that if we experience heavy rains, the heat that our countrymen will experience will be reduced

04:48 The temperature in Metro Cebu will be 28 to 33 degrees Celsius while there will be heat indices

04:55 in the northern part of Palawan and Iloilo, Capiz, Samar and Leyte Provinces

05:01 between 42 to 44 degrees Celsius tomorrow afternoon.

05:05 For our countrymen in Mindanao, the weather will still be generally fair.

05:10 This means that there will be no heavy rains.

05:13 We will expect some clouds and sometimes, only clouds in the sky.

05:17 By the afternoon, there will still be a chance of localized thunderstorms

05:20 or sudden lightning and lightning especially in the parts of Zamboanga City, Basilan,

05:25 in the northern part of Soksargen, Lanao del Sur, in the mountains in Bukidnon

05:31 and the surrounding parts of Davao Region.
