Vietnam veteran Tony Jubb, 76, is one of many Narrabundah transitional housing residents being evicted by The Salvation Army with three months notice. He said he worked for the charity for 33 years and has lived in the apartment complex for nearly 25 years.

00:15 From the day we received the letter, we had to be out by the 5th of July.
00:24 And I went, "What?"
00:27 And I've been here 24 and a half years.
00:32 You know, nah, that can't be right.
00:37 But everybody got one.
00:41 We hadn't been told anything about it changing from the manager until we got the notice.
00:59 So it was a very surprise.
