There have been four instances in cricket history when all 11 players bowled in a single innings. One such match was the 2002 West Indies vs India Test played in Antigua. Like the other three instances, this match also ended in a draw. However, this particular test was remarkable for a special reason. During the match, Anil Kumble broke his jaw when a delivery from Mervyn Dillon hit him. Despite being severely injured and spitting blood, Kumble batted for another 20 minutes before eventually being caught by Chanderpaul. Everyone expected him to go to the hospital. However, to everyone’s surprise, he came out to bowl with his face bandaged and bowled for 14 consecutive overs, eventually capturing the prized wicket of the West Indies legend, Brian Charles Lara.
